Advanced Medical Pulse Diagnosis® (MPD®) & Herbs for Disorders of the Left Cun, Guan & Chi
Students will learn the theory of advanced MPD (Medical Pulse Diagnosis). It is recommended but not necessary to have taken a fundamental or intermediate MPD course (live or online). Students will learn how to prescribe Chinese herbal formulas according to the left Cun, Guan and Chi pulses. We will move beyond seeing the pulses individually and begin to treat the patient in a holistic way. Herbal protocols and adjustments according to the patient’s needs will be given for all discussed pulses. The following disorders will be covered. Cardiovascular disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, blood vessel disorders, emotional disorders, arthritis, liver/gallbladder disorders, kidney disorders, lower abdominal disorders, reproductive dysfunctions.
